Baby talk in the cutting room

Congratulations to BBC foreign correspondent John Simpson! Not only is he a dad again at 61, he's also chatting about fatherhood at work - and discussing prams in the edit (see his diary entry for Thursday 16 Feb). It may seem like a tiny step, but the more crossover there is between work and home life, even if it's just in idle small talk, the better work-life balance we'll get.
